"Pelican House" - Palm Beach, FL Residence
Winner of the 2015 Ballinger Award for Excellence in Historic Preservation

​​Originally designed by Palm Beach Society Architect Clarence Mack in 1959, this grand estate dubbed "Pelican House" by its owners because of it's proximity to Bingham Island Audubon Preserve sits on the Intracoastal Waterway just one block South of Mar-a-Lago Club and across South Ocean Blvd from the Bath & Tennis Club. Renovations to the home included the addition of a 1,000 sq ft covered loggia, a complete restoration of the buildings exterior preserving Mack's original Regency Style facade, and complete renovation of 6,000 sq ft of interior space . The home has since been added to the list of Landmarked Historical Homes of Palm Beach.

"Spanish Mediterranean" - New Addition to a Home in the Lost Tree community in Palm Beach Gardens, FL
​What better place for visiting grandchildren or out-of-town friends to rest their heads, than in an exquisitely hand-crafted custom bunkbed! Designed by David Gengler in the Spanish Mediterranean style with the whimsical flair of Byzantine arches adorned with carved mouldings and finished in a deep blue lacquer. Blue like the Mediterranean Sea, which makes the fish in the Pescado wall covering feel right at home. Lapis Lazuli granite countertops, floral mosaics, and hand painted ceramic tile wainscots in the adjoining bathroom continue the Azul motif. Add a pair of dolphin faucet levers from P.E. Guerin and what once was an extra storage room is now an elegant and exotic bunk suite. Sweet dreams!​​​​​​​​​​​​​​
